Ebony Feare as Jeneba Ebony was born in Leicester and trained at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. In 2011 she played the leading role in the award-winning production of Slave: a Question of Freedom, based on the true story of Mende Nazer, which was performed at the Riverside Studios in London and subsequently toured to Liverpool and Derby.
